Eastleigh Osteopathic and Acupuncture Clinic was established in 1978 by Alan Rouse. Now led by Robert Cartwright, the clinic has expanded to offer a wider variety of treatments.

Our main aim is to treat musculo-skeletal pain (muscular and joint pain). Back, neck, shoulder and knee pain often associated with arthritis, sciatica, foot pain and sports injuries. Headaches and migraines, trapped nerves etc...

First Appointment
At your initial appointment we will discuss at length your medical history and general state of health. We will assess your problem and discuss what course of treatment would be suitable for you. We work closely with several local GP's who often recommend us to their patients.
Robert Cartwright DO, ND, MRN, LicAc
Registered Osteopath and Licenced Acupuncturist
Robert is an osteopath, registered naturopath and licenced acupuncturist and has been practicing since 1993. He graduated from The College of Osteopaths in London, qualifying top of the class for his year and has worked at this clinic during the latter part of his training going on to become the main partner in the practice. When Robert graduated as an osteopath he started to train in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) at The British College of Acupuncture, whilst serving a clinical attachment at Kent and Canterbury district Hospital chronic pain clinic, which is where he developed a keen interest in helping people suffering pain related conditions.

Robert also worked part time as a clinic tutor at the College of Osteopaths for 5 years helping to supervise and train undergraduate osteopaths. During this time he helped the college gain its recognised qualification with the General Osteopathic Council.

Robert has a special interest in pain relief and sports related injuries.
